The free diagnostic may use artificial intelligence to understand the fault you describe.

What is sent

• Only the text of your description, the model you selected and the page language. Email addresses, phone numbers, IMEI numbers and links are removed automatically before sending.
• Neither your name, your address nor your customer account is passed on.

What is kept

• Your description is not stored by DR Phone. Only an anonymous counter of the number of diagnostics each day is kept, to limit costs.
• The prices and parts shown always come from our catalogue, never from the artificial intelligence.
