Cookie management

They are used for the cart, login, security and remembering your choice. They are not used to personalise advertisements.

It remains disabled by default. If you accept it, events are limited to browsing and e-commerce, without email, telephone, address, identity, IMEI or any other customer data.

Advertising storage, advertising data and personalisation are refused by default. No sending of advertising data to Google is enabled until the configuration has been validated and you have accepted it. If you accept advertising, product pages and the basket also show PayPal's official message about paying in 4 instalments: it is loaded from PayPal's servers, which may then set their own cookies.

A “visit source” cookie (drphone_source_v1), set by DR Phone only, remembers where your visit came from: type of source (for example Google, Facebook, email, poster or direct access), campaign name, name of the referring website (without the page address) and landing page. It contains no personal data, no identifier and no advertising click identifier, and it is read only by our server. It is used solely to measure where orders come from and the purchase journey (anonymous totals per step), as internal statistics, and is never passed on to third parties. Duration: 30 days. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Use the “Manage my cookies” button shown at the bottom right of the website. The new choice applies immediately.

The choice is kept for a maximum of six months. Pseudonymised attribution data, when enabled with consent, has a maximum technical retention of 90 days.
