Yes: our phones are sold unlocked for all carriers, unless stated otherwise on the product page. They work with the SIM card or eSIM of the carrier of your choice.

Premium, Excellent, Very good and Fair only describe the cosmetic appearance. The essential functions are still checked before preparation.

Yes, on certain refurbished models. The option is only offered when it is available for the chosen variant. Without the option, the battery of a refurbished phone is guaranteed at a minimum of 80% of its original capacity.

After the payment has been confirmed, DR Phone prepares your order in its workshop, carries out the quality check (refurbished devices) and then hands the parcel over to the carrier. Dispatch usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the product; the estimated date is shown on each product page.

It is a US model. From the iPhone 14 on, these models have no tray for a physical SIM card: they work with eSIM only, as stated on their product page. Check that your carrier offers eSIM before ordering.

Yes, it is available in your customer account after the order. DR Phone is a micro-enterprise: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Displayed prices are net prices, with no recoverable VAT.

Yes: only offers that can be ordered show a price. Every phone is checked by our technicians and prepared in our workshop; the lead time shown on each product page takes this into account.

Usually 3 to 7 working days before dispatch, depending on the product: this covers preparing your order in our workshop (plus the quality check by our technicians for a refurbished device). The estimated date is shown on each product page.

For a refurbished device, our technicians check the essential functions; a new device stays in its original sealed box.

Devices sold come with a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Everything is described on the Warranty page.

A charging cable comes free with every phone, new or refurbished. The wall charger is not included; on refurbished iPhone product pages, an Apple charger is offered as an option. A new phone is delivered in its sealed box, with the original contents provided by the manufacturer.

Paying in instalments is not offered at the moment.

Yes. You get an estimate, then a final offer after the device has been inspected.
