Before you order
Are the phones really available?
Yes: only offers that can be ordered show a price. Some phones are already in our workshop (marked “In stock in our workshop”); for the others, the lead time is shown on each product page. Every phone is checked by our technicians.
Why does it take several days?
Usually 3 to 7 working days before dispatch, depending on the product: this covers preparing your order in our workshop (plus the quality check by our technicians for a refurbished device). The estimated date is shown on each product page.
Who checks the phone?
For a refurbished device, our technicians check the essential functions; a new device stays in its original sealed box.
What is the warranty?
Devices sold come with a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Everything is described on the Warranty page.
Are the cable and charger included?
A charging cable comes free with every phone, new or refurbished. The wall charger is not included; on refurbished iPhone product pages, an Apple charger is offered as an option. A new phone is delivered in its sealed box, with the original contents provided by the manufacturer.
What is the difference between the grades?
Premium, Excellent, Very good and Fair only describe appearance. Functions are checked whatever the grade.
Can I pay in instalments?
Paying in instalments is not offered at the moment.
Can I trade in my old phone?
Yes. You get an estimate, then a final offer after the device has been inspected.
