Prices
Prices are displayed in euros. The price paid at the time of the order is the one displayed in the selection and confirmed at payment. Dr Phone operates under the micro-enterprise (micro-entreprise) scheme with VAT exemption (franchise en base de TVA): TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.) Any additional charges are indicated before the payment is validated.
Delivery and preparation
After the payment has been confirmed, DR Phone prepares the order. Preparation and dispatch usually take 3 to 7 working days depending on the product; the exact lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery charges are shown on the Delivery page and displayed before the payment is validated. The shop delivers in France and in the European Union. The customer may also choose free in-store pickup, DR Phone Cambrai (4 Ter rue Guillaume du Fay, 59400 Cambrai, France) or DR Phone Mons (Boulevard Sainctelette 39, 7000 Mons, Belgium): no delivery fee is charged and the order is handed over after the e-mail saying it is ready, on presentation of an ID document and the order number.
Unavailability
If a paid product turns out not to be available, DR Phone informs the customer and refunds the order concerned in full to the payment method used, no later than 14 days after informing them. If the customer prefers, DR Phone may instead offer an equivalent product or additional time.
Right of withdrawal
For consumer customers, DR Phone applies a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the product, subject to legal exceptions. The customer must contact DR Phone before any return in order to obtain the instructions. The customer may use the model withdrawal form set out in the annex, but is not obliged to do so. In the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer. The product must be returned with its accessories, in a condition that allows it to be inspected. DR Phone refunds the customer, including the initial delivery costs at the standard rate, to the payment method used, within 14 days at the latest of being informed of the decision to withdraw; this refund may be withheld until the returned product or proof of its dispatch has been received.
Warranties
Products benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Devices sold on the website (phones, tablets, smartwatches, earphones and audio products, computers and consoles, new or refurbished) also come with the 12-month DR Phone commercial warranty, detailed on the Warranty page. It covers breakdowns (malfunctions of the device) and does not cover breakage or damage caused by a drop, an impact, oxidation or misuse.
The information box on the legal warranties required by Article D. 211-2 of the French Consumer Code is reproduced below in its official French wording.
1° Le professionnel refuse de réparer ou de remplacer le bien ;
2° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien intervient après un délai de trente jours ;
3° La réparation ou le remplacement du bien occasionne un inconvénient majeur pour le consommateur, notamment lorsque le consommateur supporte définitivement les frais de reprise ou d'enlèvement du bien non conforme, ou s'il supporte les frais d'installation du bien réparé ou de remplacement ;
