Shipping times
Each part shows its lead time on its product page and in the basket. Parts flagged as in stock: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (working days). Other parts show "Ships within X working days". A part that is temporarily unavailable cannot be ordered.
An order placed before 17:00 on a working day leaves on the next working day or the day after. Example for an order placed now: expected dispatch between Tuesday 10 November and Thursday 12 November; estimated delivery outside France between Friday 13 November and Thursday 19 November (estimate, working days).
Delivery charges
Delivery is always charged. Its exact price is calculated at checkout by the carrier, based on your address and the parcel:

Conditions (extract from the terms of sale)
Separate order. Spare parts are ordered from their own basket, separately from the other products of the site, and are delivered by carrier only (no collection). No promotional code applies to them. The dispatch time shown on each product page and in the basket is expressed in working days from the confirmation of payment.
Lithium batteries. Lithium batteries are packed and shipped in accordance with the rules applicable to the transport of lithium-ion batteries (short-circuit protection, parcel marking, ground transport). Some delivery methods or destinations may not be offered for a parcel containing one. A battery whose casing is damaged, swollen or punctured must neither be fitted nor used: the customer contacts DR Phone, who explains how to return it safely.
