Description
This lower antenna is a spare part designed for the iPhone 12 Pro. Depending on where the part is fitted, it handles the phone's radio connection for the mobile network, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Placed in the lower section of the phone, it connects to the motherboard through a small flexible connector. When it fails, the device may lose signal, show weak reception or stop connecting properly to a wireless network.
This version is a compatible part made by a third party. It lets you replace the damaged part at a lower cost. Before any disassembly, switch off the iPhone 12 Pro, disconnect the battery and work on a clean, dry surface. Wear an anti-static wrist strap or regularly touch a metal ground to avoid electrostatic discharge. Never force the connectors and disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cable.
After reassembly, switch the device back on and test mobile reception, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in several locations. Check that the connectors are firmly seated and that the chassis closes without strain. If a swollen or damaged battery appears during the repair, stop using it.
