Description
This antenna with flex cable is a spare part compatible with the Pixel 6 model. It handles the reception of the device's wireless signal, whether mobile network, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth depending on the device's architecture. When it is faulty, you may notice loss of network, an unstable connection or difficulty picking up Wi-Fi. It is supplied with its connecting flex cable, which links the antenna to the motherboard.
Before starting the replacement, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery if the model allows it. Work on a clean, clear surface, with suitable tools to avoid scratching the chassis. Handle the flex cables carefully, as they tear easily. Electrostatic discharge can also damage components, so discharge yourself before touching the board.
After fitting, check that the flex cable is properly clipped in and the connector is securely fixed. Turn the device back on and test mobile reception, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. If a problem persists, check the connection before concluding the part is faulty.
