Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery of your A04e (A042, 2022) when it no longer holds its charge or drains too quickly. It supplies the device with power and restores a correct battery life for everyday use. This is a part made by a third party, designed to be compatible with this model.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and prepare a suitable small screwdriver and a clean, well-lit workspace. Handle the battery with care: do not puncture it, do not bend it and do not expose it to high heat. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and do not try to remove it yourself.
Once the battery is fitted, switch the device back on and check that charging works correctly. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the power can stabilise. Monitor the temperature during the first charges and check the battery life after a few days of use.
Tips
- Switch off the device and unplug it before any work
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery
- Battery swollen? Stop using it and do not remove it
- Carry out a few full charge cycles after fitting
- Avoid excessive heat while charging
