Description
This compatible battery is designed for the A58 (2022) model. It replaces the battery of a device whose battery life has dropped, that drains too quickly or no longer holds a charge. A worn-out battery can also cause sudden shutdowns or a phone that switches off without warning. Once fitted, it lets you enjoy more comfortable everyday use.
Before you start, switch off the device and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, dry surface in a well-lit place, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Use suitable tools, do not force anything, and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Never drill, bend or crush a lithium battery. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it.
After fitting, switch the device back on and check that the system recognises the battery correctly. Carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to let the battery stabilise, then monitor the temperature while charging. If you notice abnormal heat, stop using the device immediately.
