Description
This compatible battery replaces the current part in your Blackview BV7200. It powers the phone and determines its battery life. When the battery ages, the device may switch off suddenly, charge more slowly or barely last a day. Replacing this part resolves these common battery life and sudden shutdown faults.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and remove the case if necessary. Work on a clean, dry surface, using a plastic tool to avoid scratches. Discharge the battery as far as possible without letting it drop to zero. Handle the components carefully to limit static electricity, and disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables.
After fitting, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the device recalibrates its level indicator. Check that the phone starts correctly and that charging takes place without excessive heating. Safety: a lithium battery must never be punctured or bent. If it is swollen, do not use it.
