Description
This battery is a compatible spare part for the Blackview BV9900 Pro smartphone. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds its charge, drains too quickly or shuts down suddenly while the displayed level seems correct. Replacing the battery is often the most useful repair to regain enough battery life for everyday use.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, clear surface, using a flat non-metallic tool to open the casing. Lithium batteries require care: do not puncture them, bend them or expose them to significant heat. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it carefully. Remember to discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the components.
After fitting, switch the device back on and check that the battery is properly recognised. For a new battery, carry out a few complete charge and discharge cycles to improve the reading of the battery level. Monitor the temperature during the first charges, which should remain moderate.
