Description
This compatible battery replaces the worn battery in your CAT B25. It powers the phone and keeps it running for everyday use. A battery that drains too fast, overheats or no longer holds its charge is usually the cause of the fault. Replacing the worn battery restores normal use of the device.
Before you start, switch off the phone completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, dry surface and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. Disconnect the battery before touching the internal ribbon cables. Do not puncture the battery, bend it or force it into its compartment.
Once fitting is complete, fully charge the battery before first use, then carry out a few full charge cycles so that it balances. Monitor the temperature while charging: it should remain moderate. If the battery swells or overheats abnormally, stop using it immediately.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and unplug the charger before any handling.
- Disconnect the battery before touching the internal ribbon cables.
- Do not puncture or bend the battery, and do not force it into its compartment.
- Charge the battery fully, then carry out a few full charge cycles.
- Battery swollen or overheating abnormally: stop using it.
