Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery in your CAT S50 when it no longer holds its charge or switches off suddenly. It powers the phone continuously, and its condition directly affects battery life in everyday use.
Before replacing it, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Remove the back cover carefully, then disconnect the battery from the motherboard before lifting it out. Work on a clean surface at a moderate temperature and avoid any contact with electronic components, as static electricity can damage them.
Once the battery is fitted, switch the phone back on and carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the power management can adapt. Then check how well the battery holds its charge and how warm the device gets during use. Never puncture, bend or crush the battery, and stop using a swollen or damaged battery.
