Description
This compatible battery replaces the current part in your Galaxy Note 3 Neo. It powers the phone and determines how long it runs between two charges. When the battery ages, the device shuts off suddenly, charges poorly or heats up while charging. Replacing this part often restores decent battery life without changing your phone.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, clear, non-conductive surface and discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal object. Handle the lithium battery with care: do not puncture it, bend it or heat it. If it is swollen, do not put it into service.
After fitting, switch the device back on and carry out two or three full charge and discharge cycles so the battery can adapt properly. Monitor the temperature during the first charge and check that the displayed level is consistent.
Tips
- Switch off the device and unplug the charger before any work
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery
- Swollen or hot battery: stop using it
- Perform 2 or 3 full charge cycles after fitting
- Check your model reference before buying
