Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It powers the phone and keeps it running through the day. When the current battery no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats, replacing it restores normal use of the device.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace. Use suitable tools and suction cups to open the casing without forcing it. Always disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and avoid electrostatic discharge by touching an earthed metal surface. Do not puncture, bend or compress the battery.
After fitting, carry out several full charge and discharge cycles so the device properly calibrates the new battery. Check that it does not overheat while charging. If the battery swells, stop using it and store it safely away.
