Description
This compatible battery is designed for the GT2 Pro smartphone. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds its charge, drains too quickly or no longer lets the device run properly. It is a third-party part, designed to be compatible with this model.
Before you begin, switch off the phone completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, flat surface, with a small suitable screwdriver and a suction cup or plastic opening tool. Avoid any metal tool that could damage the battery or the ribbon cables. Discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the components.
Once the battery is fitted, switch the device back on and carry out a few full charge cycles so the power management can recalibrate. Check that charging, battery life and temperature remain normal. If the battery swells, overheats abnormally or leaks, stop using it immediately: do not puncture it, do not bend it, and keep it aside in a safe place.
