Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of your HMD Nokia G21. It powers the phone and ensures its everyday battery life. As the battery ages, the phone shuts off suddenly, no longer holds its charge or overheats: replacing the current part fixes these faults.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and remove the back cover. Work on a clean, clear surface and discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never force the connectors. To remove the current part, lift it out gently with a flat tool, without piercing or bending it.
Once the new battery is fitted and the phone reassembled, carry out a few full charge cycles so that the level reading becomes reliable. Check the temperature while charging: it should stay moderate. If the battery swells or the device gets very hot, stop using it immediately.
