Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Honor 9 (2017). It powers the phone and restores sufficient battery life when the current battery no longer holds its charge or the device switches off suddenly.
This battery is a third-party part, designed to fit the model indicated. Before fitting, switch off the smartphone completely, remove the case and disconnect the current battery before handling any ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface and keep static electricity under control, for example by touching an earthed metal surface.
Once the battery is installed, switch the device back on and carry out a few full charging cycles so that the electronics correctly recognise the new part. Then check charging, temperature and display stability. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery. If it swells or overheats abnormally, do not attempt to use it.
