Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. It powers the phone and keeps it running through the day. When a battery ages, the device drains quickly, switches off without warning or heats up more than usual. Replacing the battery restores decent battery life without having to change your phone.
Before you start, switch the device off and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with suitable tools. Work on a non-conductive surface and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling neighbouring ribbon cables, and never force a connector.
The battery is a lithium cell: do not puncture it, bend it or expose it to significant heat. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care. After fitting, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the energy management can recalibrate, then check the battery life and the temperature of the device.
