Description
This battery is the manufacturer's original part, or an official "Service Pack" part, designed for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. It supplies the device with power and determines how long it runs between two charges. As it ages, battery life drops, the iPhone may shut down suddenly or charge poorly. Replacing the battery restores battery life identical to that of a new device.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with suitable tools. Work on a non-conductive surface and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface first. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and do not heat the part beyond a moderate temperature.
After fitting, power on the device and carry out a few full charge cycles so the battery indicator recalibrates. Check that charging, the screen and the sensors work properly. A lithium battery must never be punctured or bent. If it is swollen or deformed, do not use it any more.
