Do not puncture the battery, do not bend it and do not expose the phone to excessive heat.
Once fitted, check the operation: charging, battery status display and temperature behaviour. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge cycles so that the battery life reading is accurate. If the battery is swollen, do not use it.
