Description
This compatible battery replaces the worn battery of your iPhone 7. It powers the device and determines how long it runs between two charges. When the battery ages, the phone may shut off suddenly, lose runtime or overheat while charging. Replacing the current part often restores comfortable everyday use.
Before you start, switch the iPhone off completely and prepare a small suitable screwdriver, a suction cup and a tray to keep the screws. Work on a clean, clear surface at room temperature. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. A lithium battery must never be punctured or bent. If the old battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
After fitting, connect the phone to the mains and carry out a few full charge cycles so the battery can balance. Then check the charge, the temperature and the runtime. If you are unsure about the fitting, do not force anything and go through the steps calmly again.
