Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of the iPhone XS Max. It powers the phone and keeps the device usable throughout the day. As the battery ages, battery life drops, the phone may switch off suddenly or charge poorly. A replacement fixes these faults and restores the device's battery life.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small screwdriver suited to Pentalobe screws. Work on a clean surface and use an anti-static wrist strap if possible. Disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables, and never puncture or bend the lithium battery. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
After fitting, connect the phone and let it charge fully. Then carry out a few complete charge and discharge cycles so the system learns the new capacity. Check that the screen, charging and main functions respond normally before closing the device.
