Description
This compatible battery is designed for the K10 model released in 2016. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds charge, drains too quickly or switches off without warning. A battery replacement is often the most useful repair for giving a device in good overall condition back its battery life.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and gather a suitable small screwdriver, a suction cup and some replacement adhesive if your model uses it. Work on a clean, flat surface, away from static electricity. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and never force the connectors.
After fitting, connect the device to its charger and let it go through a few full charge and discharge cycles so the battery can balance. Watch the temperature: moderate warmth is normal, significant heat is not. If the battery looks swollen, stop using it and do not try to puncture or bend it.
