Description
This compatible battery replaces the worn battery of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro (2017). It powers the phone and restores a decent battery life when the current battery no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a flat tool to separate the chassis. Work on a clean, stable surface, preferably wearing an anti-static wrist strap or first discharging static electricity by touching a metal object. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and never drill into or bend the battery. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
Once the battery is installed, reconnect the connectors, put the phone back together and switch it on. So that the charge management can adapt, let it complete a few full charge cycles before judging the battery life. Finally, check that charging, the touchscreen and the sensors work normally, and that the device does not overheat excessively while charging.
