Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. It powers the phone and restores reasonable battery life when the current battery drains too quickly, overheats or no longer holds a charge.
A worn battery often shows up as a sudden shutdown while the charge level still displays, unusually hot charging or a swollen back cover. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it. Handle it with care and follow your local council's recycling rules.
Before fitting, switch off the phone, disconnect the battery from the motherboard and work on a clean, dry surface. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. For lithium batteries, do not force anything and never puncture the packaging. After replacement, complete a few full charge cycles so the system can read the charge level reliably again.
