Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of your Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro. It powers the phone and determines how long it lasts between two charges. As the battery ages, the phone may shut down suddenly, show an inconsistent percentage or drain very quickly, even in standby. Replacing the battery usually resolves these faults.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace. Use a suitable tool to open the case without forcing it, and discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal object. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Do not drill, bend or crush the battery. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with care.
After fitting, switch the phone back on and check the displayed level as well as charging. Carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the system regains reliable readings. Monitor the temperature during the first charge, which should remain moderate.
