Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 when it no longer holds its charge, shuts off suddenly or overheats. It powers the phone and should be chosen according to the exact model of your device.
Before you start, switch the smartphone off completely and gather a suitable small screwdriver, a suction cup and a little patience. Work on a clean, flat surface at room temperature, and avoid electrostatic discharge by regularly touching an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables so you do not damage them.
Once the battery is fitted, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the electronics can properly recognise it. Monitor the temperature during the first charges. A lithium battery must never be punctured or bent, and if it looks swollen, it should no longer be used.
