Description
This compatible battery replaces the worn battery of your Moto E7 Plus (XT2081, 2020 model). It powers the phone and determines how long it lasts between two charges. When the battery weakens, the phone shuts off suddenly, charges poorly or overheats while charging: replacing it fixes these faults and restores more stable battery life.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely, remove the case and prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a clean, well-lit space. Work on a non-conductive surface and avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables.
After fitting, connect the phone and let it charge fully, then carry out a few complete charge and discharge cycles so the battery adjusts. Check that charging is normal and that the device does not overheat. Do not puncture or bend the battery, and never use a swollen battery.
