Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Nokia 6 when it no longer holds charge, drains too quickly or switches off without warning. It powers the phone and gives it everyday battery life. A worn battery is one of the most common faults on this model, and replacing it often restores satisfactory battery life to the phone.
Before you start, switch the Nokia 6 off completely and prepare a suitable screwdriver and a flat, non-metallic tool to separate the casing without scratching it. Work on a clean, dry surface and discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never drill, bend or crush the battery.
Once assembly is finished, connect the phone and carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to let the battery adapt. Then check start-up, charging and display stability. If the battery swells, overheats abnormally or gives off a smell, stop using it immediately.
