Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of your OnePlus 9R when it no longer holds charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats. It powers the whole phone, and replacing it restores a decent battery life without changing your device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace. Use a suitable tool to open the casing without forcing it, and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables to avoid any short circuit. Work at room temperature and avoid static discharge by regularly touching an earthed metal surface.
Once fitting is finished, switch the device back on and check the charge level display. Let the battery go through a few full charge and discharge cycles so that it balances properly. A swollen, punctured or bent lithium battery must never be used.
