Description
This compatible battery replaces the worn battery in your LG Optimus G2. It powers the phone and determines how long it lasts between charges. When the current battery no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats abnormally, replacing it restores normal use of the phone.
This part is made by a third party and offered in a version compatible with the Optimus G2 model. It is not supplied by LG. Before fitting, switch the phone off completely, remove the back cover and carefully disconnect the worn battery. Work on a clean surface and avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
After installation, carry out a few full charge cycles so the new battery can balance, then check the battery life and the phone's temperature. Do not puncture, bend or expose the battery to high heat. If the battery swells, stop using it.
