Description
This compatible battery is designed for the P7 smartphone from 2014. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds its charge, drains too quickly or switches off unexpectedly. A worn battery can also make the device overheat or cause sudden shutdowns, and replacing it often restores a decent battery life.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely and remove the case. Work on a clean, static-free surface, using a plastic tool to avoid scratching components. Always disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and never force the connectors. A lithium battery must not be punctured or bent. If it is swollen, do not use it.
After reassembly, switch the device back on and let it go through a few complete charge and discharge cycles so the battery calibrates. Then check the charge level, the temperature and the stability of the display. If the phone becomes unusually hot while charging, unplug it and stop the procedure.
