Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of your Phoenix Plus when it no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats. It powers the device and ensures its everyday battery life. Made by a third party, it is offered as a compatible alternative for an affordable repair, without a specific model reference to quote here.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a clean, dust-free workspace. Take the time to note the position and connection direction of the current battery before removing it, and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Avoid static discharge by touching a metal surface connected to earth.
Once the battery is installed, switch the device back on and check that charging starts correctly. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to stabilise battery life. Never puncture the battery, do not bend it, and do not use a swollen or strongly overheating battery.
