Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery in your Google Pixel 4 when it no longer holds its charge or drains too quickly. It powers the phone and provides everyday battery life. A worn battery can cause sudden shutdowns, abnormal heating or very slow charging, and replacing it generally restores more stable battery life.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a clean tray so that no screws get lost. Work on a non-conductive surface and touch a metal object to discharge static electricity. Always disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Do not puncture, bend or heat the battery. If it is swollen, do not use it and handle it with care.
Once the installation is complete, switch the device back on and check that it charges correctly. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to optimise its performance. Monitor the temperature during the first uses.
