Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Google Pixel 7a. It replaces the worn battery of your smartphone and keeps the device steadily powered throughout the day. If your phone shuts off suddenly, overheats abnormally or runs out of charge more and more quickly, the battery is often the cause. Replacing it helps restore a more correct battery life and more reliable operation.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit and clear workspace. Use a suitable tool and a workplace free of static electricity, for example by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the components. Always disconnect the battery before any work on a ribbon cable. Do not puncture the battery, never bend it, and above all do not use a swollen battery: set it aside in a safe place.
Once fitting is complete, carry out a few full charge cycles so the battery adapts and the charge indicator becomes reliable. Monitor the temperature during the first uses: moderate warmth is normal, excessive heat is not.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before any work.
- Do not puncture or bend the battery, and avoid impacts.
- Never use a swollen battery: set it aside safely.
- Work without static electricity, on a clean, clear surface.
- Carry out a few full charge cycles after fitting.
