Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of the Google Pixel 8 Pro. It powers the phone and keeps it running through everyday use. When the battery ages, the phone shuts off suddenly, charges poorly or loses its charge within a few hours. Replacing the current part restores a decent battery life without changing your device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a flat tool to open the casing without forcing it. Work on a clean, dry surface in a temperate room. To limit risks, avoid any electric discharge: touch an earthed metal surface before handling the components. Disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables.
After fitting, let the phone complete several full charge cycles so the battery indicator calibrates. Check the heat during charging, which should stay moderate, then monitor battery life over several days. Never puncture, bend or crush a lithium battery. If it swells, stop using it immediately.
