Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Poco M3. It replaces the current battery when it no longer holds enough charge, shuts off suddenly or overheats. A worn battery can also cause unexpected restarts or a rapidly dropping battery life, and replacing it often restores normal use of the phone.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, dry surface in a temperate room, with suitable tools and an anti-static wrist strap if you have one. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and take time to identify each connector carefully before detaching it.
Once assembly is complete, check that charging and the display work properly. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the power can stabilise. Monitor the temperature during the first charges: moderate warmth is normal, but excessive heat should prompt you to stop and check the installation. Never puncture the battery, do not bend it and do not use a swollen battery.
