Description
This compatible battery is designed to replace the worn battery of a Q10 phone. It powers the device and stores the energy needed for everyday use. When a battery ages, it can discharge very quickly, overheat abnormally or no longer hold a charge, and replacing it then restores a correct battery life.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small suitable screwdriver as well as a clean, well-lit workspace. Handle the battery with care: do not puncture it, do not bend it and avoid impacts. If the old battery is swollen, stop using it and do not try to remove it abruptly. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables and protect yourself against static electricity.
Once the new battery is installed, switch the device back on and check that charging and the display work properly. For a new battery, it is advisable to carry out a few full charge cycles so that it adapts to the device. While charging, make sure the device does not overheat.
