Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Realme 3 when it no longer holds charge, drains too quickly or switches off suddenly. It powers the phone and must be fitted in place of the current part, respecting the connection direction of the connector.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, flat surface, with a suitable opening tool and in a well-ventilated area. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables to avoid any short circuit, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
Once fitting is complete, switch the device back on and carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to let the battery adapt. Then check charging, charge retention and temperature during use. A lithium battery must never be punctured or bent, and a swollen battery must no longer be used.
