Description
This compatible battery is a replacement part for the Redmi 9A. It powers the device and replaces the worn battery when it no longer holds charge, shuts off suddenly or drains too quickly. It is a third-party manufacture, designed to fit the model indicated.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely, remove the back cover and disconnect the old battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable tool, and avoid any contact with static electricity. Do not puncture, bend or heat the battery: a lithium battery must be handled with care. If the current battery is swollen, stop using it.
After installation, check that the phone starts up correctly and that charging takes place normally. For a new battery, a few full charge cycles often help optimise battery life. Watch for heat during the first uses.
