Description
This compatible battery replaces the internal battery of your Redmi K30 Pro. It supplies the energy needed for the phone to operate. Over time, a battery loses capacity: battery life decreases, the device shuts off suddenly at a still high charge level, or it heats up while charging. Replacing the battery usually restores a decent battery life without changing your phone.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and unplug the charger. Prepare a small suitable screwdriver and a flat tool to open the casing without forcing it. Work on a clean, dry surface and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. Once the current part is removed, disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables.
After fitting, switch the phone back on and check that charging works normally. For a new battery, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to stabilise it. Keep an eye on the temperature: abnormal heat should prompt you to stop charging. Never puncture, bend or crush a lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using it.
