Before fitting, switch the smartphone off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, protected from static electricity, and use suitable tools to open the casing without forcing it. Handle the battery with care: do not puncture it, do not bend it and do not expose it to excessive heat. If the current battery is swollen, do not try to remove it and do not charge it any further.
Once the part is installed, refit the casing without excessive pressure, then carry out a few full charge cycles so that battery life stabilises. Check that the device starts correctly and that the charge level is displayed without any anomaly.
