Lithium requires care: never puncture the battery, do not bend it and do not overheat it. If it is swollen, deformed or gives off a smell, stop using it and handle it with care. After fitting, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles to allow the battery to balance, then check that charging, temperature and battery life are normal.
