Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Redmi Note 5A 32GB when it no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or drains too quickly. It powers the phone and restores enough battery life for everyday use. It is a part made by a third party, designed to fit this model.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely and carefully remove the back cover. Use a plastic tool to avoid scratching the frame, and disconnect the ribbon cable of the current battery before doing anything else. Never puncture, bend or short-circuit the lithium battery, and avoid excessive heat and static discharges during the repair.
Once the new battery is installed, reconnect the ribbon cable, close the phone and carry out a few complete charge cycles so the level indicator is reliable. If the battery appears swollen or heats up abnormally, stop using it immediately.
Tips
- Switch off the phone and disconnect the ribbon cable before working
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery
- Avoid excessive heat and static electricity
- Carry out a few complete charge cycles after fitting
- A swollen battery must no longer be used
