Description
This compatible battery replaces the battery of a Redmi Note 9 5G. It powers the smartphone and determines its battery life day to day. When the battery wears out, you often notice a rapid drop in charge level, sudden shutdowns while battery life still shows remaining, or a phone that heats up while charging.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and take the time to identify the position of the current part as well as the ribbon cables that connect it to the motherboard. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit or electrostatic discharge.
Once the fitting is complete, let the new battery go through a few full charge and discharge cycles so the level display is consistent. Monitor the temperature while charging and check that the phone starts and behaves normally. Never puncture, bend or crush a lithium battery. If it is swollen, deformed or hot, do not try to use it.
