Description
This battery is an original manufacturer part, sometimes offered as an official « Service Pack » part. It replaces the original battery of your Redmi Note 9 5G when it no longer holds its charge, shuts down suddenly or overheats. It can restore battery life comparable to a new device, provided the fitting is done carefully.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and unplug the charger. Work on a clean, clear surface with suitable tools and, if possible, an anti-static wrist strap to limit electrostatic discharge. Always disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and never force the connectors.
Once the battery is fitted and the phone reassembled, carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so the battery can settle properly. Then check that charging is normal and that the device does not overheat excessively. If the battery is swollen, stop using it.
