Description
This compatible battery replaces the current battery in your Redmi Note 9 Pro when it no longer holds a charge, drains too quickly or switches off unexpectedly. It powers the entire smartphone, and replacing it restores a decent battery life without changing your device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and work on a clean, clear surface. Use a suitable tool to open the chassis without forcing it, and never puncture, bend or crush a lithium battery. A swollen battery or one that heats up abnormally must no longer be used. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
Once the battery is installed, switch the device back on and check that charging and the battery level display work correctly. It is advisable to carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so that the system learns the new battery and displays a reliable estimate of battery life.
