Description
This compatible battery is designed for the Surface Book 2. It replaces the worn battery in your laptop and restores enough runtime so you can work without being constantly plugged into the mains. If your device no longer holds its charge, only starts when plugged in or switches off suddenly, the battery is often the cause.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely, unplug the charger and carefully remove the current battery. Work on a clean, dry surface and avoid any contact with metal components. A lithium battery must never be punctured, bent or exposed to excessive heat. If the worn battery is swollen, stop using it and handle it with the greatest care.
Once the new battery is installed, connect the charger and carry out a few full charge and discharge cycles so that the runtime stabilises. Then check that the charge indicator displays correctly and that the device operates normally.
